BC: Economic Growth, Not Government Monopolies

While Metro Vancouver continues to push to create a government monopoly over recycling – as the only way to make its $500 million dream of a waste-to-energy incinerator work – it is interesting to note that Ontario is going the opposite direction.

This video lays out, in simple economic terms, the benefit of having the private sector involved in recycling.
